Can't get Membership Pro to show on the front end

I was wondering if there was a conflict with my template. Do you know if there is an easy way to tell so I know which plugins to disable?

Hi Roger

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong (I believe it is just something wrong with the settings) and get it corrected for you
