Please get this file, unzip it, upload the file to components/com_osmembership/helper folder of your site. After that, you can use [COUNTRY_CODE] in the invoice and it will solve your issue

Sure I'll do. However, I miss two features to give you a 5 stars review:
1. A montly/year resume of sales.
2. The ability to apply a discount on renewals if a customer renew his subscription XX days before it expires.
Both of them were implemented by Akeeba Subscriptions. I used it before purchasing your product.

Thanks . I will think about it and try to implement it for future releases. Right now, there are still other features which I want to finish first before working on these features (they are nice features, BTW )
