How to assign users to usergroup?

I have been trying to figure out how to assign users to a Usergroup after they subscribe, but cannot find this option. I only see the "Access" option under the Basic Information section of a selected plan. But this is not the correct one because when I set this to a different Usergroup, then the public cannot see the price box. I need to assign users to a Usergroup AFTER they subscribe. Please explain on how to do this. All restriction plugins have been enabled.
