Custom field and email

Hi - I have a plan (free) but it contains options, how do i get that to show to up in the email only when they are selected. For example,

When no option is selected:
"Thank you for choosing plan x, enjoy"

"Thank you for choosing plan x and the options you have selected:
- option 1
- option 3

Unfortunately, we don't have support for this feature. The extension is not smart enough to know you choose/not choose the options and change the message in the way you requested
