Subscription Plans Access Level not working was created by Thomas McEachren
Hi Tuan,

Spent most of the day fine tuning and testing Membership Pro and ran into a couple of issues:

Site info: I am using Joomla 3.3.6 with the protostar template and have not made any changes to the User Groups or Access Levels.

1) Access level on subscription plans are not working properly. During testing I had 3 of the 4 plans I created put on access level Public and the other was set to Special and I could see the 4th one when not even logged into the site. As a test I set them all to Special and was still able to see them all when not logged in. I had a friend look at the site too, not logged in, and he was able to see all plans as well.

2) I turned on the following in the configuration: Registration Integration, Only create user account when membership active/approved and Send activation email. Then I tested a new user subscription sign up and everything worked great, except the activation email was not sent. All the other emails worked great!

Am I missing something?

Hi Thomas

Your settings seems to be correct. I don't have any clues why it doesn't work. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check it ?

Regards,

Tuan
