Purity III conflict with OS Membership Pro

Hello,
Do you know what causes the OS Membership pro to crash with the Purity III web program? each time I up load the file the webiste crashes. Please let me know.

I haven't tried Purity III, so I don't know whether it is conflict. Could you please submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of your site so that I can try to check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you ?
