Remove some Payment Information from form

My client wants to remove from the "Payment Information" section of the subscription form the "Payment Method" and the word Paypal. When the user clicks the "Process Subscription" button they still want it to go to PayPal, just remove the text from the form. What file do I need to modify and what changes do I need to make.
