Front End Display Issues

I just updated to 1.6.7 and now have some formatting/display issues on the front end.
On the main Membership page, the plans are shown as white text on white background and in a scrolling box. Background was previously transparent or black so the white text was visible and I did not have scroll boxes.
On the View Plans page there is the same problem of white text on white background.
On the Sign-Up page the Process Subscription button has a white box around it.
I did try disabling the twitter bootstrap css to let the template css handle it, but it did not change anything. Suggestions?
