module doesnt show up

I created a module which should display one of my membership plans

But I cant get it to display on the module position.

I put the plan ID in and even left this empty but the module doesn't show up.

The only way it show up is via an item and the loadposition string.

How can I display the module?

I guess you will need to submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check the setup of the module to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you
