renew access permission

renew access permission was created by Bill Van Vlack
An active member is trying to renew and gets the following message when they select the 'RENEW' button.
"You don't have permission to access to this subscription plan"
Their status is 'Active' and their user group is correct. They have received two reminders and their subscription ends on 2012-12-22, They are logged into Joomla.

Why can't they renew and what conditions cause this message to appear? I don't see the message in the osmembership_messages sql table.

Also, it would be helpful if I could find this message and correct it to read:
"You don't have permission to access this subscription plan"

Hi Derrick

I don't see any reason why subscribers could not renew. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check ?
