Cancel at end of period

I am getting emails asking to cancel the auto rebill so their membership ends when their current period is finished, however I cant work out how to do that. If I set the status to cancelled they stop getting access from that point. Am I missing something?

What payment method you are using ? In short, to cancel, customers will have to login to his Payment gateway (mostly you are using) to cancel his recurring profile

Then the recurring payment will stop happening and their subscription will be expired at the end of period. Please don't change subscription status to cancelled, just leave it as how it is
