Export & Import: Moving To New Joomla Website

I hope this post finds you well! I might potentially have a problem but am looking to have it solved with your help

I have a Joomla 2.5 site with OS Membership, Jomsocial and Joomdonation. It currently has about 300 subscribers and several donations and renewals. I've installed a fresh version of Joomla 3.0 and the latest versions of Joomdonation, Jomsocial and OS Membership and am now trying to find out what is the easiest, cleanest way for me to move from Joomla 2.5 to Joomla 3.0

1. I need to move the custom fields as well as the field mapping from the OS Membership on the old Joomla 2.5 website to the new OS Membership in Joomla 3.0
2. I need to move the donors from Joomdonation, the subscribers from OS Membership and have the members populated in Jomsocial; also all there relevant information needs to be corrent and in order
3. I need to be able to update Jomsocial, Joomdonation and OS Membership effortlessly in the future

Any help on how to achieve all or part of this would be fantastic!

In short, you just need to export the Membership Pro and Joom Donation database from your old site and import it to your new site database.

Membership Pro database contains the tables with __osmembership_ prefix

Joom Donation database contains the tables with _jd_ prefix

What about the custom mapping and the users in Jomsocial. Will they will also be copied over please?

For users in Jomsocial, you will need to ask Jomsocial to see how you can migrate the data. For the custom mapping, yes, it will be copied over
