State field showing incorrect value

Unfortunately, that's how it works (state 2 code is used in many case, for example, when passing to payment gateway). If you want to use it same with state name, maybe run a SQL command to update the state2 column make it has the same value with state name ? That should be the quickest and easiest way

but this shows to the customer too, when they register it shows there full address but the state field shows '03'

that cant be right? so the address that shows to the user would be for example

Yikes! I just updated and it did mess up my state names. All the state in "User profile" are "select state". Can you make a patch please.

The new version of the extension requires state 2 code 2 to be used to support some payment gateway (for example, Paypal Pro...)

If you want to use full state name, get this file, unzip it and upload to components/com_osmembership folder and it will work well
