Hi,

I've discovered that the following does not work out of the box and my client needs these functions for their member website. How difficult would it be to get the following to work?:

A unique membership number for each new subscriber which appears in the Export Subscribers list and which can be included in the confirmation email the new subscriber will receive and in the email the Admin will receive.

I have enabled the Membership ID in the configuration and also enabled the plugin but nothing seems to be generated.

My client doesn't want members to have a profile, just to be able to subscribe.

Because they don't have a profile, I think this means that renewals won't work? Is that correct? So members will have to rejoin each year, which is what they actually prefer. In that case, can the member ID be reset to contain the year number before, or as a part of the member ID?

What payment method you are using ? What's the status of the subscription record ?

Payment methods to be used are either Paypal or Offline.
Some subscriptions are Active and some Pending. Those who pay by Paypal have Active status and those who pay offline are Pending. I see no way to adjust Pending to Active with these.

That's strange. If they have status active, there should be membership id generated. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check it directly on your site ?
