Error after account creation

When logged into the admin section of the website, I create a new subscriber. After I create them, I go the the website and attempt to login using the information I entered in the admin section. When I login, I get the following error message:

You cannot access the private section of this site.

Can someone explain what could be wrong?

That's strange. I guess there are something wrong with Login permission settings on your site (It is a Joomla settings, no Membership Pro settings).

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check and correct it for you ?
