Only parts of the form are translated

Hi,

I just installed the Memership Pro extension. It's really great and do exactly what we want.

But I have a problem:
On the following site, only the first view fields are translated to the german values. Between the "First Name" line and the captcha, none of the values are translated.

2014.judoevolution.ch/index.php/de/members/registrieren

Do you have an idea? I entered the german values in the backed, like the others which works.
