[solved] pagseguro issue

some clients are having this issue with pagseguro:

Cannot proceed with the payment. You have an error in your PagSeguro setup: [HTTP 400] - BAD_REQUEST [11012] - senderName invalid value: diogo

From the returned error message, it seems there is something wrong with your setup. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it sorted for you?

I was using only name and email as profile fields, i activated second name field and the issue was gone!
