renewal form not populate with current user info

HI,

When I go into the "Membership profile", choose Subscription history and click the renew button, I am directed to a screen to renew the membership, but the current information on the user isn't there. The renew form is empty. How do I fix this?

I want my users to be able to go to the renew form and see all of their current information there. They can update it if something has changed or just hit renew if all the information is correct.

@Valerie: There must be something special on your site causing the issue. When you are on renewal page, the data from your membership profile should be used to fill-in the form automatically so that you won't have to type it again. That's how the extension is designed to work.

In this case, please submit a support ticket :

1. Send me super admin and FTP account of your site.

2. The username and password of the account you were using for renewal.

We will check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you
