Subscriptions Not Renewing!

Dear Tuan,

It's been over a year since members joined the society - yet, nobody is receiving the renewal emails and so they cannot renew. I have set all subscription plans to renew - but cannot see why nothing is happening.

Also, I am no longer receiving the subscription emails - any ideas why?

Hi Rupert

If you don't receive subscription emails, maybe there is something wrong with your mail server. Please try to login to back-end of your site, try to create a new user to see whether that user receive email or not ?

Please check it and let me know the result so that I can process it further

Sorry for the very long delay in answering.

Nothing I'm afraid - I have contacted my host and they say all is well with the settings for the email from Joomla. This is a strange problem because it was all working fine at first, I was receiving emails for each new member - but then it just stopped working. I don't know when it stopped but nobody is receiving subscription emails and no users are receiving renewal emails. However, payments have been arriving in PayPal as expected for new subscriptions.

I am stuck, so please help!

I am really sorry. As you might notice, our hosting account was hacked and we are now working to move our website to a secure server and could not look at the details for now.

I will go back to normal support on tomorrow !
