Membership ID not being generated

Membership ID not being generated was created by Craig
Hi. I currently have membership id turned on in the configuration and it is set to start at 10000. However multiple people have already registered and all of the membership id's are 0 (zero).

Nevermind, you can delete this post. I just found out that you have to enable the plugin and it is working now.

Yes Craig. We need to enable the plugin "OS Membership - Membership ID plugin" so that the feature works as expected

Tuan,

I have the same problem. A membership ID is not being generated, even though I have enabled the OS Membership-Invoice Generator plugin. However, we are not using the invoice feature.

Do you have to activate the invoice feature in order to get a membership ID generated for each new subscriber?

Sorry, I mentioned the wrong plugin. The correct plugin need to be enabled is "OS Membership - Membership ID plugin". Please enable that plugin and It will work well
