That doesn't sound like a core function of MembershipPro. Try a custom module position (or ?top) and make a choice at extensions.joomla.org/extensions/calenda.../content-date-a-time

I have a subscription form and need it to register the date the form is filled in. I am trying to get the field to automatically fill in the date so the subscriber does not need to do this. as the export of the subscribers does not include the creation date which is something we need.

Instead of doing that, you can submit a support ticket and we will help you to customize the code so that creation date will be exported.

That's easier and save time for subscribers
