State Not Available for almost all countries.

I am using memberships pro and I like it.

How do we make the states show for all the countries? Most of the countries are showing state unavailable. You can see my signup page here to see for yourself: tinyurl.com/kfqd8lj

Is there something I need to download or enable to have the states show up?

That's the list of states which we have from our states database. Not many countries in the world have states, that' the reason you see that it is empty

Maybe if you really care about states, you can change the type of State custom field From State to Text so that users can enter any state they want during the registration ?

BTW, we just released version 1.6.6 today, so maybe you should update to use new features and have most stable versions
