Active dates are wrong was created by Richard Hopkins
I have launched a new site with annual memberships, however instead of a successful registration starting immediately, the active dates show randomly, sometimes the starting date is showing as 1 year ahead, the worst was starts in 2025. The ending date is always correctly one year after the starting date (in this last case then 2026). Others are correct. I have started emailing the customers asking them for browser and language but so far its been chrome or firefox and all language set to English.

Hi Richard
That could not happen unless users sign up for a subscription plan in multiple times. Does it happens in your case? Did you check it yourself ?
Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending me admin and FTP account of your site so that I can do a quick check about it ?
Regards,
Tuan
