Add fied User profile photo and sidebar issue

Hi Tuan

i want add field User profile pic, preview image and sidebar in registration form of Membership pro plugin. So as per our last discussion you told me some edit code in components/com_osmembership/views/register/tmpl/default.php. but i did some changes in default.php file but there is no effect on registration form. i have removed all code of file but there is no changes. So u suggest me what to do?
