Pending Subscriber not showing

I select 'Suscribers' and then use the pulldown for Status and select 'Pending'.

I see a list of pending subscribers, but one is missing.

I know this because when I use phpMyAdmin and sort on 'Published' column, the person's record has a '0; in that column.

Any idea why?

I have no clue with this happens. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin account of your site and let me know the ID of the subscription record which is not showing? I will check and tell you the reason why it is not showed.
