How can we tell if an attempted payment to Paypal actually went through and our account was credited - without needing access to the Paypal account? We see some duplicate records with payment amounts and the only difference is that the payment date is NULL. The transaction id and subscription code both have values. Does a non-NULL payment date for paypal payments indicate that the paypal transaction failed?
When you look at the subscription record, if the status is Active, that means the payment is success. If the status is Pending, then users doesn't make payment.
