Manually adding subscriber doesn't pull from CB was created by Brian Lisle
Hi Tuan - when I go and manually add a subscriber and select an existing user, it doesn't go and pull their info from CB to populate the mapped fields. Is it supposed to? If not, can you? Also, when saving the user after adding an active subscription, it does not add them to the ACL and ACY mailing lists. Again, is it supposed to? If not, can you? (And I would also like if you save a user after expiring their subscription manually it would pull them from the ACL / ACY lists on saving.)
Thanks!
Thanks!

Hi Brian
Unfortunately, it is not possible at the moment It is something which we will try to add support for in the near future, however, to be honest, it won't be very soon.
=> Could you please make sure that when you add subscriber, you set the Subscription Status of the record to Active ? If you set it to Active instead of pending, they will be assigned to ACL and ACY mailing lists

If I save the manual addition of a subscriber, even when marked active, it does not add them to the ACL and mailing list. BUT, if I set as pending, save, then check them and click publish, it sets them active and then adds to the ACL and mailing list. Strange.

That's strange. I am going to check it. However, I believe when you add a new subscriber and choose the status active, the users should be added to the groups and the mailing list as well.
Will test it on tomorrow morning (it is quite late now) and update this thread
