I am struggling with renewals using this software, due to emails for reminders not being sent.
It would be nice to see a module for this software which could show the users expiration date and a button to renew. Maybe a countdown timer to show how many days left before it expires. This would be very handy to show users when they login, how much time they have left.
also... the email system needs improving for reminders!
I'd like to see an on-demand button to fire off email reminders and a log of mail sent. I am using CMandrill at the moment which is excellent and allows Joomla to send all mail via API for logging transactional emails in joomla. Awesome system but reminders are flakey in this OSM software...
