Email messages

I'm running a test site, and imported some new users. I set their emails to be sent to me. The email I received is not correct. Here is the Subscriber:

Note that the last name and expire date did not populate, and the 'Number Days' did not calculate properly.

Please let me know how these issues can be corrected.

For the [LAST_NAME] field, I don't understand why it does not work. Maybe there is special characters in the tag when you view SOURCE of the message ? Could you please check ?

Looks good to me. Also, why didn't 'Expire Date' work the second time?

Upon closer inspection, I find that [LAST NAME] should be [LAST_NAME] and [EXPIRE DATE] should be [EXPIRE_DATE], The underline was missing in the templates. Pretty sure this is the way it came as installed, so you might want to revise your email templates here.
I haven't tested this, but I will.

Ah, Yes. Thanks for letting me know. For some reasons, I checked the installation package and my local computer and still see that it has correct tags :

[LAST_NAME] not [LAST NAME]
[EXPIRE_DATE] not [EXPIRE DATE]

So to be honest, I don't have any clue why it happens on your site. Glad you figured it .
