Import .csv file of members was created by Rob Dunbar
When I import members from a .csv file, the script is not creating the associated User accounts. Any ideas why? All other data is import correctly into Membership Pro.

We need to have a copy of the csv file which you are using to import so that we can check. I believe this is just something wrong with the data in the csv file you are using.

Please send us a sample file which you are using (just need few sample records). We will check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you

Curious if this problem had been remedied? I'm having the exact same problem. My spreadsheet (won't attach -- unsupported file type?) is the sample CSV file (saved as WINDOWS CSV file), with additional names/users/details added to test the import function before attempting to do our whole membership. Please advise.

This is the last piece of the puzzle we need to go live with memberships on our site. Can you let me know what is wrong with my current file that keeps it from properly adding the members?

Hi Tuan,
Still looking for suggestions on why my csv file won't import properly. This is the last step for us to go live on our site and the big boss man is starting to breathe pretty heavily down my neck. :(
