Different tax rates for different countries.

It is really important that this plugin has the ability to allow different tax rates for different countries (the same as eShop). I am now in the situation that I have to refund the tax amount to those that should not have to pay it. If I turn the tax setting off then I will have to pay all of the uncollected tax where tax should have been paid, myself.

Memberships are global. Why is this called Membership PRO if this basic functionality is not available.

Please add this functionality ASAP

I am going to work and try to support this feature. However, I am afraid of it will take us not less than 4 weeks to have it completed.

I will have to find a way so that existing customers won't have be affected by this change. Most of customers only need simple tax rate, one or two customers need each plan has different tax rate. So far, only you need complicated tax rate like Eshop.
