Approve Pending Offline Subscriptions was created by Bill Van Vlack
We have a membership organization that has 1,2,3,and 4 year memberships. We want to allow payment by paypal or check offline for the initial join and renewals.
A test shows that the offline payment stays 'pending' and I have not found a control that allows the Admin to approve the payment and make the prospective member active. How is the payment approved by the Administrator when the check from the new member or renewing member is received?

Hi
To approve a subscription, please go to Membership Pro -> Subscriber, click on the subscription record, set the status from Pending to Active . That's all you need to do.
Regards,
Tuan

Nope, you also have to change the end date.
It would be sweet to have a clear offline payment button that is equivalent to the workflow for any other subscription purchase.

Is there any way to approve an offline payment from the frontend? Our membership manager does not need access to the back except to approve offline payments, and we don't necessarily want him to poke around in the back end.

Hi Derrick
Unfortunately, we don't allow manage subscribers from front-end, only from back-end. So you could not approve subscription from front-end of your site

Tuan
