How to add states to countries?

Hi there

MP v1.6.5

When registering users can select a state for countries like USA, Canada, Australia etc. but most of the countries don't have any states available.
How do I add states to other countries?

It is not easy to add states now as we get read the states information from database. Maybe you can :

1. Give us list of states you want to add.

2. Tell me the states belong to what country

3. Send us super admin account of your site

We will find a way to add it to database for you

Or easier would be edit the State custom field, change the field type from State to Text so that users can enter their state. That would be easiest way.

A text field instead of selection would be the easiest solution at this stage.
By the way, see a few countries + regions list attached for a future release of MP
