i have created one subscription plan and on the registration page i wish to change the remove the line 'Organization'. I have searched thorough most of the files in /components/com_osmembership but i cant seem to find it!

Not sure what version you are using but if you are using verison 1.6.x, you can go to Membership Pro -> Custom Fields, unpublish the "organization" field and the field will be hided.
