Hi all
Today, we just released new version of Membership Pro, version 1.6.5. This is a minor releases which contains some small improvements and some bugs fixed. They are :
1. We now allow subscribers to renew, upgrade their subscription using offline payment method. In old version, users can only renew his subscription using online payment methods.
2. We are now replace the old pure PHP captcha system with Joomla default captcha. You can now use any captcha plugin supported by Joomla (default is recaptcha). To see how to enable recaptcha and use it on your site, please see docs.joomla.org/How_do_you_use_Recaptcha_in_Joomla%3F .
3. When user change his email on profile page, this email will be updated to his Joomla account.
4. You can now choose subscription plans you want for core fields. Before, core fields must be assigned to all subscription plans.
5. We fixed an issue with recurring subscription doesn't assign subscribers to groups correctly.
6. We fixed an issue storing value of custom fields when renewing subscription .
If you are still using old version of Membership Pro, you should download latest version and upgrade it to your site. Upgrade is simple, just install new version of the extension over the old version. All your old data will be kept.
Regards,
Tuan

It create a new subscription record. The start date of the new record will be the end date of the old record + 1. So the user won't loose any day for his subscription.
