Where can I add CSS style to notices?

when a user tries to login and has not yet been approved , where can I add a CSS style to mark this up so it's more obvious?

That message is "Joomla System Message", so it is not something which you can style in Membership Pro. You should be able to style it in your site template css. I did a quick google search and found this :
