User profile - subscription history layout

Hi, I put up a link which I named 'My Account' for users to see their profile and subscriptions. This pages shows 3 tabs:
Edit Profile, My subscriptions and subscription history.

The Edit Profile, My subscriptions show fine, but the subscription history tab is a bit messed up. The columns don't seem to outline like they should. Is this something that is easy to fix?

This look really strange (I don't see this issue on our computer). Could you please submit a support ticket giving us access to your site so that we can check the issue directly on your site to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you?
