Urgent Strange Problem

Hi!
I love your plugin, but we're experiencing some strangeness since upgrading. We have roughly 110 members who have been entering their information. As of today, one subscriber seems to be taking over everyone's information. The name remains, and the username, but all their other info (address, email) is being re-written with one client's info.
Are we doing something wrong? Or have others reported this issue?

I am sorry but I have no clue about it. When did you download the latest version and upgrade ? To make sure you are having latest version, please download the latest version (DOWNLOAD NOW) and upgrade it to your site again.

Hope you have a back up of the site database as I don't know why the information is over-write by the information of just one customer
