Paypal Live Error / No Login

I have 2 problems I can't solve. When I submit my subscription to Paypal I get the error:

Invalid Regular period. You must specify valid values for the A3, P3, and T3 parameters for a subscription.

The subscription does not provide the Login and Password for a new user when subscribing.

I solved the Login and Password problem ... only the Paypal error remains.
