just purchased

I don't like to use the forum for this type of complaint, but I am not getting a response from emails.

I paid for Membership Pro 2 days ago but have not received a download link.
I used a different email address when I purchased and the registered the new email address as your directions said to do. I never received a verification email for the new account (new email used was gps10llc@gmail.com)

I have emailed services@joomdonation.com two times and I have not gotten a response.

That's strange. I did replied you. I activated the account (with username jgdiver). Could you please login to that account, access to My Downloads menu item, see your order and download it from there ?

It seems we are having some problems with our mail server in the last few days, so maybe some emails were not delivered (but I did replied you when I received your email).

FYI, our mail system is working properly now, so issue like this won't happen anymore. We are now using a third party service sendgrid.com for sending email.
