I've installed version 1.6.3 and I'm running into the following issues:
- When a user registers & subscribes to a plan (registration integration IS enanbled) and I activate that user, the user gets ENABLED but not ACTIVATED (activation email is disabled). Version 1.6.2 worked fine.
- If I look at users profiles in the back end, I can see a newly subscribed user only when his status is "pending". When i activate it, he disappears from User Profiles, yet it can be seen in the "subscribers" section. Is it normal?
- I added a user profile menu item in the front end but subscribed users can't see their profiles: an error appears stating that the user hasn't activated any subscription yet (while their subscription is indeed active).
How can I fix these issues?
I also tried to uninstall the component and the plugins and removed any OSM_Membership table from the SQL database before reinstalling but it didn't change a thing...
As I replied via support ticket, maybe there was problem with your upgrade process. So please send me admin and FTP account of your site (via support ticket) so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you !
