Fatal error

Hello,
I installed Membership Pro on my Joomla site (3.2.3) and now all I am getting on the front and backend is an error message, " Fatal error: Class 'JFile' not found in /public_html/plugins/system/osmembershipreminder/osmembershipreminder.php on line 29". I can no longer view my site or my administrator controls. What should I do?

That's strange. What version of the extension you are using ? Could you plesase submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check and solve it for you !

Thank you for your quick response. I'm sure that you can fix it. I will send in a support ticket. I have tried deleting the files via cpanel just to try to get my site running again but it didn't work, the same error message is showing. Thank you for your help.

Hi Karen

As replied via support ticket, I believe the reason of the error is because you are using old version of Membership Pro and it is not compatible with latest Joomla release (3.2.3).

I sent latest version to you via support ticket. Please get it , upgrade it to your site and it should all work well !
