Hi there,
I installed your extension today and love the flexibility of it. It is great.
I am having an issue though:
When I click on the Subscribers button and try to create a new subscriber with the New button, I get this error 1064:
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')) ORDER BY ordering' at line 1 SQL=SELECT *, title AS title, description AS description, `values` AS `values`, default_values AS default_values, fee_values AS fee_value FROM ql9eo_osmembership_fields WHERE published=1 AND (plan_id=0 OR id IN (SELECT field_id FROM ql9eo_osmembership_field_plan WHERE plan_id=)) ORDER BY ordering
I have also installed the plugin on a different site (clean installation) and have received the same error.
Any help is much appreciated.

The version that I have installed is only about 10 hours old. Should I still redownload? If so, what is the procedure for installation so that I will not lose data from my current installation?

Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of the site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it sorted right away ?

I installed version 1.6.3 and had the same issue while creating new subscriber from the administrative back end.
Plus updataing from version 1.6.2 to version 1.6.3 I've lost the translation of custom fields names. Also, the subscription plan I had created with the previous version looked corrupted (strange characters in the text) when displayed with the new version.
Since I'm still installing my website and I don't need the feature in 1.6.3, I restored the backup I did before upgrading to 1.6.3.

The 1064 Error was fixed few days ago. So if you want, please try to update it again. Really sorry for the bugs. For your other issues, I don't know why it happens. If you still want to upgrade to version 1.6.3, please do the upgrade and ask us to check and solve the issue for you.
The version 1.6.3 of Membership Pro contains so many changes and it might have issue when upgrading from old version (which we were not aware of yet). So before upgrading, back up your old site should be a safe solution !
