Terms and conditions box?

I need to display "terms and conditions" in a subscription form, so I enabled the checkbox and selected an article containing the T&C text.
Now in the subscription form, if I click on "terms and conditions" the linked article just opens over the same browser window, so the subscription form page gets overwritten by the T&C page. Isn't this supposed to be a popup box?
I tried to set the "Fix Terms and Conditions issue" option and in this case the T&C article opens in a new browser window showing the home page of the website with the T&C text in it... Is there any way to get a plain and simple popup window when somebody clicks the T&C link?

The extension is designed so that when users click on terms and conditions article, the terms and conditions popup will be opened on a nice popup. Maybe on your site, there is javascript conflict and that's the reason causing the issue ? Please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that we can check and solve it for you !

Is there any known conflict with this specific template?

I am having the exact same thing...wondering if this was ever resolved. It is happening on multiple computers and with different browsers. It appears to be a Membership Pro glitch.

Any feedback on how to fix it would be great!

The best way is submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check to see what causes the conflict and solve it for you.
