Few questions

• How do you set up free memberships with PayPal? Paypal does not accept free payments - won't even go to cart. Is there some way to bypass this?
• Categories: how can you rearrange them? Plans can be rearranged, I find this strange that categories can't.
• Offline Payments doesn't work - actually, having more than one payment option doesn't work. It only shows 1 payment option. I know Events Booking allows you to choose a payment when multiple payments are enabled, but Membership doesn't.

=> I think you can simply set the price of the plan to 0 and it will be free plan. Maybe it doesn't work because you set Recurring Subscription property of that plan to Yes ? Please set it to No and everything should work well.

=> Categories are not being showed from front-end. So I think we don't need to re-arrange it ?

As for categories, I have them listed as an example here: sctest.immortaldc.com/membership/plans . I would like, in this case, to make sure "All others" is listed last, but as you see, when I added a new country, then that category was added last.

Ah, I see. Really sorry for not enable re-order categories in the current version. Will work on it and make it available in the extension within this week.
