Unable to access subscription form on front end

When a public user attempts to access the signup form, the following error occurs: You don't have permission to access to this subscription plan.

The menu item permission is set to public.

Please help.

I am sure that it is just something wrong with the settings of your subscription plans. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that we can check and correct it for you ?
