I get these warnings in between each subscription plans on the subscription List page:

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in /home/eyesint/public_html/components/com_osmembership/router.php on line 79

Warning: implode() [function.implode]: Invalid arguments passed in /home/eyesint/public_html/includes/router.php on line 363

Hi John

This issue was fixed in download package on server. Please access to My Downloads menu item, see your order, download latest version, upgrade it to your site and It will solve your issue
