No assigned suscriber joomla

I have created a group of users subscriber and subscriber plans set to be assigned to this group, but not assigned to that group, there are always only as registered. I can not find the problem, please help

Could you please let me know what is the status of the subscription record ? Please note that user is only assigned to the selected group if the subscription status is Active. Maybe you didn't make payment for the subscription and that's the reason you are not assigned to the group ?

The subscription is free. The cost is 0 € therefore no payment involved. To be free since I only € 0. There is another thing to change?

If the subscription is free, no other changes will be needed. Not sure why it doesn't work in your case. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site ? I will check to see what's wrong and get it sorted for you.
