Two problems with Mpro was created by PLK
Greetings,
I have two problems I hope someone can help me with.
I am using MPro 1.6.2 on Joomla 3.2.2.
1. When I click "Process Subscription" I am getting a blank page with the URL
When this first happened, I upgraded from Joomla 3.2.0 to 3.2.2 and this fixed it but it suddenly started to happen again today.
2. When it is working, user accounts created by MPro are not enabled (just activated - I have activation set to "None" in global user settings).

Turns out that problem 1 was due to having the default "registration group" as non-public in user manager options. I changed it back to "public" and it worked again.
However, problem 2 is still here - users created by Membership Pro are not enabled, just activated. Also, I noticed that the Joomla Groups plugin for mpro isn't working - the only groups assigned to the new users after the subscription is active is the default "public" even though I specified a different group to add in the Groups plugin for the plan.
I tried to deselect the "auto-create" option for for the "Users - Joomla!" plugin but it made no difference.
Does Mpro work with 3.2.2?

Hi
It works with Joomla 3.2.2. I don't know why it doesn't work on your site. Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account so that I can check the settings for you and make sure it works ?

Update : We checked and found that it causes by an accident mistake of the client. He deleted the Registered group and it causes the error.
We restored the group, changes some settings and It works well now.

The problem with users not being enabled was indeed fixed and many thanks for that. I still have problem with the Groups plugging adding a group to a new subscriber. If I go through the process of paying for a plan as a new user, the user is created and enabled but the groups is not added even though the subscription is "Active" and the payment went through. If the payment failed for some reason and the subscription is "Pending", if I manually set it to "Active", the group is added correctly to the user. It only seems to fail in a completely automated successful subscription sign up with a new user?
