this is my idea:

have joomla+ os membership

when os membership edit access in joomla groups, already edit access to subversion repository for that user (joomla grop name= same repository, joomla user login= same repository login, joomla user pass= same repository pass)

add/remove/cancel etc

that way who is in X joomla group also is in X repository with same login and same pass

I am sorry but it is not possible to do that by default. You will need to customize the extension (maybe just the Joomla group plugin of Membership Pro) to give access. The extension doesn't have any integration with svnmanager.sourceforge.net (it doesn't know about this software and don't know how to integrate).
